Since launching Transition Force 18 months ago, we’ve helped hundreds of Service Leavers and Veterans find and connect with mentors and ‘Buddies’ from our partner organisations.
The next stage of our journey is about empowering Service Leavers and Veterans to develop their networks with employers and get access to job opportunities that are otherwise ‘hidden’.
In Nov 2015 we set up Project FORTIS to capture the broader scope of our mission.
Transition Force will continue to exist as the name for the BT-led programme within the wider Project FORTIS network.
